The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 18,                               
2002, calendar (page 3010), was read the third time:                                                
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 408(HES)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to questionnaires and surveys administered in the                              
    public schools."                                                                                
                                                                                                    
Representative Bunde placed a call of the House.                                                    
                                                                                                    
Representative Guess declared a conflict of interest.                                               
                                                                                                    
The call was satisfied.
